Football (Soccer) help defend?

Hello everyone I am an advocate of 21 years playing in a 6v6 soccer league. And tonight, we played this really a good team. Not the best, but they have the best player in the league. The last time we played was the first game of the season that we were defeated 3-1 and scored 2 against us. This guy is huge (bigger than me), fast, strong, good dribbling, shooting incredible, it almost seems as if it has everything. I marked the last party and could not hold. We really need to win this game tonight, although we have found a place in the playoffs. It's for bragging rights and pride. I'm so nervous when. My questions are: what can I do to get rid of my nerves? What can I do to contain it? As I said, is stronger, faster, faster and better than me.
