advice on the motivational speech to employees?

The motivation to be real and lasting must come from within each person. "Voice" or "motivational speakers" will only provide temporary results and eventually dissipate. So how can we bring about lasting movtivation internal employees? Everything starts with an open and honest communication with them! Ask them what they like best to work for you. Find out what you do not like …. and any why. The art of asking questions and really listen, you leave a place that really understand their employees. The biggest advantage however, comes to mind when employees know that actually took the time to listen to them and were concerned enough to ask for your feelings? The art of listening has eroded rapidly in our world today and those can truly and honestly can hear the test results in their own lives than others! envy Hope this helps … and remember.
