I can not begin to say how many years I have lost the activity of the delay. If the delay was responsible for many lives, flight time, the dream, the success of sabotage that was necessary to achieve the qualification was taught to overcome procrastination.
What is procrastination?
Procrastination behavior is characterized by deferment of actions or tasks to a date later. Psychologists often cite procrastination as a mechanism to cope with stress due to start or complete a task or decision. [1], researchers of psychology have also used three criteria to classify the delay. For a behavior to be classified as delay, should be rec-productive, unnecessary and dilatory. (Wikipedia)
My husband and I have experienced the pain of feeling the urge to call a loved one and express our love only to receive a call from a week after that person has disappeared. Pain? Yes! Have we learned anything from this experience? Certainly never hand call our relatives.
What can you do to start the process to overcome procrastination?
1. Adapt a lifestyle to live without fear. One thing that has been identified is that some of our behavior can be attributed to fear of seeing the result of a fruitless task now in the past. Acquiring skills to help you overcome fear.
2. Establish a short-term goal, including measures of action 5 to do every day. Women my training camp has been online in the experience and phenomenal results.
3. Contact with a mentor and a trainer or coach as a measure of the responsibility assumed. This will help reinforce its commitment to overcoming procrastination.
Here are the steps to return to the path of productivity will lead to good results.
Where do you live? Procrastination has robbed life, ideas, relationships, destiny and the list goes on.
Repeat these words "thief steal no more. I choose life. I'm productive and take decisive action a wife. I get wisdom, knowledge and understanding of the everyday of my diligent efforts to overcome procrastination.The is time to live my life the best way possible!
Do not wait until tomorrow. Who knows if he promised.
