At the recent National Association Football Hall of Fame ceremonies I had the opportunity to hear candid, insightful and entertaining speech. However, what stood out was created by a worker to the throne. The introduction has had the attention and the roar of the enthroned and delivered the keynote address on the speaker to be incorporated. The speech introducer was two times more than the winner's speech, and I could see the public gets tired of the introducer, as it has sapped the energy of the ceremony before the Hall of Fame, even said the first word of his speech.
If you are the introduction of a winner of a prize or introduce the next presenter of the presentation sales, the five secrets he presented to the public motivated to listen:
- Keep your introduction brief introduction speaker the speaker should never be longer than the actual presentation of the speaker. Keep your introduction thirty seconds to two minutes, depending on the situation. Remember your job is to entertain the crowd excited about the next speaker in the shortest time possible. If you tell a short story, short.
- Working with the President communicate with the speaker to introduce to know if they have a basic introduction to want to continue. If they do, take time to familiarize themselves with the introduction of natural sounds when you read it. Unless authorized by the speaker, not improvising and add something in the introduction that may embarrass or distract the speaker presentation. I remember watching horror in the face of a speaker as his introducer deviated from the planned introduction and began to tell a story in the introduction that the presenter was well known for giving their presentation. Stick with the introduction. If you bring the presenter is not a standard format they use, ask them what their goals for their speeches, what they want covered in the Introduction, what topics they might need to stay away from, and how to pronounce names and / or locations related to the word or words.
- Do not tell your secrets you know the presenter of May and I would personally tell the audience a funny story of shame presenter personal. Do not do if you fail history. What appears to May fun presenter to gain credibility with the public.
- Sell Sell The President addressed the audience. Talk about the speaker's experience and expertise and the benefits that the public will get to hear the speaker. Their introduction, the President must answer the following question to the audience, "How will I have the opportunity to hear the next speaker?"
- Thunder Do not steal the President remember us, not the introducer. This is the speaker. Fr introducers, who know they will introduce a dynamic speaker and try to be more dynamic than themselves. His work as the introducer is to get the audience excited by the speaker without removing the noise from the speakers. Once you know the style of the speakers, working to congratulate the speaker for what they are the star of the show.
Remember, with what a speaker is never to you as a presenter, which is the theme that opens the speaker to succeed. Follow the five secrets speaker to give presentations we create exceptional and motivated audience members while their hosts happy.
